An exquisite high-mountain gaba oolong from the Yu Shan area, Jade Mountain, Xin Yi Township, Taiwan, at the foot of Taiwan's highest mountain, Jade Mountain, which rises to a height of almost 4,000 m.
It is hand-picked from the Four Season - Si Ji Chun cultivar in May 2025, garden elevation 1200-1300m.
The aroma of the dry leaf is a combination of dried apples/pears and butter cookies with caramel.
The same flavors are then reflected in the fresh, amber infusion. Fruity elements, cream, cane sugar, raisins.
A great high mountain gaba.

Brewing for 100 ml: 4-5 g of tea, water at 95°C, first infusion 60-70 seconds, subsequent infusions 30-40 seconds, then gradually extend the time as the intensity decreases. It can withstand many infusions.
