A delicious shu, which comes from the Bu Lan Shan area and was harvested in 2017, the altitude of the harvest is approximately 1650 m. a.s.l. and it is a collection from old trees.

In 2021, after 4 years of maturation, the tea was pressed into traditional 357g cakes. The result reflects both the quality of the input material and the subsequent level of craftsmanship.

The dry leaf smells of the sweet aroma of a damp forest. The aroma of wet leaves combines dark chocolate, light fruity sweetness and cool morning forest.

The taste is smooth, full, characteristic of material from old trees. Sweet, caramel-earthy body, dominant taste combining forest fruits, delicate forest herbs and mushrooms. Beautifully balanced and pleasant bitterness in the background providing full structure and no bitterness.

The entire cake is 357g, if you order 50g it is individually wrapped.

Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 95°C, 20-30s first infusion, then 15-30s depending on preference, lasts for many infusions.
