White tea cake from Ai Lao Shan area, Jingdong county, Yunnan.

The tea was harvested by hand at an altitude of 1900m in March 2020 and comes from the Tai Di Cha - bush tea cultivar.

 It is a very delicate tasting, refreshing, mineral tea. Sweet peachy, with a hint of honeyed floral flavour. Medium-bodied tea with a silky, sweet aftertaste. 

 The tea is suitable for storage and ageing. It is already excellent and will increase its qualities in the years to come.

Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 90°C, 30s first and second infusion and then extend the interval by 15s.
