Fresh spring harvest from Avongrove's organic garden located in Rangbhang Valley. The garden is located at an altitude of up to 1700m and Avongrove means bird's nest. The plants used in this garden are mostly Clonal shrubs, the rest are hybrid plants, only 20% are Assamese cultivars.

A beautifully sweet, fresh, dry leaf scent reminiscent of exotic woody plants.

On the palate, a medium-bodied tea with a light amber colour, fresh flavour combining floral, grassy flavours, full of muscatel, exotic woods.

A beautiful spring moonshine.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1,5-2,5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and pour.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
