The first spring harvest from the garden of Norht Tukvar. A garden that was founded in 1852. It is one of the lower altitude gardens but produces excellent teas. The altitude is 460-850m.a.s.l. The garden has Fair Trade certification and also Iso certification, HAACCP.

The infusion is golden in colour. The taste is full-bodied, fresh on the palate with floral-fruity aromas and strong muscatel notes with a hint of honey and notes of exotic fruits, perhaps mango, banana.

A very refreshing spring harvest with good value for money.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
