Fresh spring harvest from the organic garden Okayiti, which was founded in the early 1870s and is situated in the rolling hills of the charmingly picturesque Mirik in Darjeeling. The garden is located at an altitude of 1200-1800m. The Okayti Tea Garden is breathtakingly green, with a stunning variety of plants and animals, surrounded by tall pine trees and with a remarkable view of the Himalayas.

Beautifully sweet, fresh aroma of dry leaves reminiscent of exotic woods.

On the palate, a medium-bodied tea of light amber, fresh flavours combining floral, grassy flavours, full of muscatel, exotic woods.

A beautiful spring moonshine.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1,5-2,5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and pour.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
