First early spring harvest from the Sourenee garden in the Mirik Valley in Darjeeling. The harvest took place in early March at an altitude of 700-1300m.

The teas are produced from the clonal AV2 variety and this is a limited production.

The infusion is light golden. The taste is light, fresh on the palate with a floral-fruity aroma, also offering citrus notes in the background. A very fine affair.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1,5-2,5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and pour.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
