This is an excellent high-mountain Taiwanese oolong from the 2025 winter harvest.The tea is hand-picked in the Lugu area of Nantou County, at an altitude of 900-1000 meters above sea level.

Tea is lightly oxidized (15%) and not roasted. It comes from the Jin Xuan cultivar.
It has a very fresh, spring-like aroma combining flowers and fresh grasses.
The taste of the tea is moderately full, fresh, with a light greenish color and the aroma and taste of mountain flowers, with a hint of fruit and spring grasses.

A very successful, lightly oxidized oolong that can withstand many infusions and has a beautiful, vibrant aftertaste in the mouth.

Brewing for 150 ml: 6-7 g of tea, water at 98°C, quick rinse, first infusion 60 seconds, subsequent infusions 30 seconds. Lasts for at least 6 infusions, depending on the method of preparation.
