High Mountain Mei Shan Chin Xin Oolong Winter 2025

This is an excellent high mountain oolong from the November 2025 harvest.

The tea is hand-picked in the Mei Shan mountains at an altitude of around 1,000 meters above sea level, located between the famous Shanlinxi and Alishan regions.

This tea is lightly oxidized, around 15%, without roasting. It comes from the Chin Xin cultivar.

It offers a light greenish to golden color with the aroma and taste of mountain flowers, peaches, and nuts.

Preparation for 150 ml: 6g, water 98°C, rinse, first infusion 50 seconds, subsequent infusions around 30 seconds. Lasts for at least 6 infusions, depending on the method of preparation.
