Unique oolong from Java. Indonesia produces mostly lower quality teas, but this tea is a beautiful exception and I don't think there is anything better than the production of this master in this region.

The leaves were hand-harvested in late January from the Taiwanese cultivar TRES.27, which is grown at an altitude of 1500m in the Ciwidey area of West Java. 

A beautifully processed tea with a higher level of oxidation. The leaf colour varies from yellow-brown to dark colour. The dry leaf has a honey-sweet, slightly spicy aroma with a hint of fruit.

The taste is aromatic, creamy and sweet, with honey-floral notes and mineral notes in the background. The aftertaste is sweet, long-lasting.

Brewing in gaiwan - 150ml:

6g, 95C, 60s first infusion. 30-45s thereafter according to personal preference. Lasts 5-7 infusions depending on preparation method.
