.
White tea harvested in Jinggu County, Yunnan. The leaves come from the spring harvest 2023, from an altitude of over 1700m, so it is a high mountain tea, harvested from a variety called Jinggu Big White, producing large, downy buds. After two years of aging, the tea was pressed and packaged into cubes in 2025.
The tea was processed using the traditional Moonlight White method, which involves natural drying, but the leaves are not exposed to direct sunlight.
Thanks to the production process, the tea retains a delicate and complex taste and aroma with hints of meadow flowers, honey, and fruit.
The golden-colored infusion offers a delicate combination of meadow flowers, forest honey, wild herbs, and a beautifully sweet aftertaste.
The first infusion is lighter in color and then transitions to golden tones. The tea can withstand countless infusions.
A very nice tea.
