A unique vintage chawan from the workshop of Karaoke Hotoku (1944-). This potter specializes in Bizen-yaki and studied under master Kinami Chikasen.

In 1981, she became independent and fires her pieces in a Hotoku Gama kiln, a type of noborigama kiln.

An elegant chawan and a fine example of Bizen-yaki, with beautiful yohen effect.

- diameter 12,5 cm

- height 8,5 cm.

Before use: just rinse, no further care is necessary.

Maintenance: do not use cleaning agents or a dishwasher. Clean by hand with clean water, without chemicals. The chawan should be left to dry after each use.
