Black tea originating from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, hand-picked in April 2025 from the Jin Guan Yin cultivar. Harvested at an altitude of around 600 meters. This is an un-smoked version.
The Jin Guan Yin cultivar is a cross between Tie Guan Yin and Huanjin Guji, which is known for its osmanthus aroma.
The dry leaf has a beautifully delicate, fruity honey aroma and is carefully processed.
The taste of the tea is moderately full-bodied, very delicate, velvety, combining floral aromas with fruity notes of peaches, apricots, and honey sweetness, and a long-lasting aftertaste.
fertile soil, which affects their final taste.
Another of the very delicate teas in "travel" packaging.

Brewing: 80-100ml - 4-5g, 98°C, 60s first infusion, subsequent infusions after 30s. It will definitely last for 5 infusions, depending on the preparation.
More tea won't hurt, this tea is really very delicate and you don't have to worry about getting the most out of it. I might even use 8g for 120-150ml to fully enjoy the very delicate taste of this red tea.
