This matcha comes from the Saemidori cultivar and is a single-origin tea. The leaves were harvested on May 25, 2025, and were stored to allow them to mature, deepening their aroma and flavor. The matcha was freshly ground at the end of March, made to order for Chutcaje.

Preparation in chawan:
2g matcha = 2 chashaku spoons, or 1 teaspoon
Beat 50-90ml of water at 65C and whisk with a chasen whisk.
