Matcha Okumidori Premium Gr. 2025 - 50g

Matcha was harvested from the Yabukita / Okumidori cultivar and washed/packaged in June 2025, in the Ujitawara area, Kyoto.
The producer has a completely new production line to produce Matcha of the highest quality. The jade color alone suggests high quality.

Delicate, soft, fresh and very high quality matcha with a subtle sweetness, nutty notes and full of energy.
Excellent price/performance ratio.
 
Vacuum packed, stored in the fridge.
 
Preparation in chawan:
2g matcha = 2 chashaku spoons, or 1 teaspoon
Beat 50-90ml of water at 65C and whisk with a chasen whisk.
