The aroma of the dry leaf is slightly sweet, nicely rounded, full with hints of wood and grain.

The taste is sweet, moderately full, smooth, and very clean. The sweetness gradually manifests itself in the infusions.

A very nice, beautifully drinkable shu with an excellent price/performance ratio.

Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 95°C, 20-30s first infusion, then 15-30s depending on preference, lasts for many infusions.
