Mie Okumidori Ceremonial Matcha Tin - 30g

Matcha was harvested from the Okumidori cultivar and ground/packaged in June 2025 in the Suizawa area of Mie Prefecture.

This is matcha of the highest quality.A delicate, smooth, and very high-quality matcha with a subtle sweetness and a slight nutty flavor, which comes from the popular Okumidori cultivar.

Preparation in chawan:
2g matcha = 2 chashaku spoons, or 1 teaspoon
Beat 50-90ml of water at 65C and whisk with a chasen whisk.
