I had the honor of preparing this kabuse under the guidance of the wife of ceramic master Suigetsu, who conducts tea ceremonies.After the first sip, I decided to bring it home with me :)..The tea is grown in Mie Prefecture, in the foothills of the Suzuka Mountains.

This area has a long tradition of tea cultivation, dating back over 170 years. The cultivars Okumidori, Saemidori, and Yabukita are grown here, and this kabusecha is a blend of these cultivars, tuned to perfection.

Very clean, delicate, balanced flavor, rich umami taste, creamy smoothness, with hints of spring flowers, vegetables, and grasses. The first infusion has a flavor reminiscent of a rich vegetable broth. Long-lasting, sweet aftertaste. Try it, you might fall in love with it too.Packaged in a green zip-lock bag.

Brewing for 100ml:
First infusion - 65°C, 5g, 60-70s.
Second infusion - same temperature, 25-40 seconds
For subsequent infusions, increase the water temperature and extend the steeping time.
