Summer harvest 2025 from the Rohini garden. Tea from the Japanese Yabukita cultivar grown on the slopes of Darjeeling.

Beautifully processed leaves with a very intense aroma full of dried plums. 

A full-bodied infusion with a taste of ripe plums, honey sweetness, and muscatel.

A very unique tea.

Classic brewing: 150ml, 3g, 3 min, 95C.

Gongfu brewing: 100ml, 95C, 3-4g, shorter infusions around 20-45s depending on taste preferences, lasts multiple infusions.
