Black tea from Taiwan, from a high mountain garden located in the Lalashan Mountains at an altitude of 1250m. The garden is certified organic.

The tea is hand-picked from the Qin Xin cultivar and is a spring harvest from 2024. It must be said that the older this tea gets, the more beautiful it becomes. I have had the pleasure of testing older vintages as well, but unfortunately they were not for sale.

The aroma of the dry leaf is fresh and beautifully fruity and sweet. .

The tea also shows this in the taste. The infusion is clean, combining notes of ripe fruit, cinnamon, floral notes, a hint of citrus and with a fresh, slightly menthol aftertaste.

Brewing: 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4-5g, 95°C, 50-60s first infusion, subsequent infusions 30-40s, or adjust to personal preference.
