Sri Lanka High Mountain Peony 2023 - 30g

A premium high-mountain white tea from Sri Lanka, from one of the oldest high-mountain gardens in the country, which was founded in 1870.

Hand-picked from a garden at an altitude of around 1,220 m in April 2023, this is the spring harvest of that year.

The photos clearly show the beautifully processed leaves in the style of Chinese Bai Mu Dan.

The tea is three years old and offers a beautifully mature flavor that transitions from the initial lighter and slightly fruitier infusions to denser colors and flavors full of mountain herbs.

Brewing: 150 ml: 6 g, 95°C, 60 min. for the first infusion, subsequent infusions after 30 seconds, or according to personal preference; it can withstand many infusions.
