Wazuka Genmaicha 2025 - 50g

Genmaicha comes from the Ishidera, Wazuka area of Kyoto, from a small family farm where the craft has been passed down for generations. The harvest took place on May 2025 from the Yabukita cultivar at an altitude of 100 m.
 
The tea has a higher level of roast, but the taste is very delicate, where you will initially taste the refined flavour of roasted rice, followed by the aftertaste of the delicious Sencha green tea from the Yabukita cultivar.
 
The tea is certified HOAS - Hyogo Prefectural Organic Agriculture Society, I deliberately do not mention organic for the Czech market in the name.
A fine, perfectly balanced Genmaicha, a pleasant drink for autumn and winter evenings. Vacuum packed.

First infusion - 70-80C, 4g, 100 ml, 40s.
Second infusion - same temperature 30s
For subsequent infusions, extend the infusion time.
