Spring harvest from gardens located at an altitude of 600-650m, from the Rougui cultivar.
The tea undergoes multi-stage processing, which is essential for the development of complex flavors and aromas. This tea is characterized by roasting over charcoal at a low temperature. This production process gives the tea a roasted character and a delicate and beautifully balanced flavor.
The infusion is orange-red in color with a rich and strong flavor and aroma combining cinnamon, floral and fruity notes, hints of spice, and a very long finish.

Brewing 100 ml:
Gong fu Cha - 8.3 g, 98°C, 5-10 seconds for the first 3 infusions, then extend the time by a few seconds for each subsequent infusion.
Alternative - 100ml, 4g, 98°C, 60s for the first infusion. Subsequent infusions 30s.
The preparation is up to you, it is advisable to experiment with the tea.
