Dragon Well, green tea harvested before the Qingming Festival in 2026.

Made from Qunti Zhong leaves—that is, from plants that are propagated by seeds rather than cloning and possess great genetic diversity; each bush has different characteristics and leaf sizes, and the leaves are not uniform. This is one of the oldest cultivars used for Dragon Well.

The dry leaf is flat in shape, with a fresh yellow-green color; both buds and leaves naturally vary in size and have a wilder style typical of Qunti Zhong.

The infusion is clear, bright, and delicate, with an aroma combining edible chestnuts, beans, and grasses, and a beautifully sweet aftertaste.

A very nice spring tea.

Brewing: 150 ml: 3–4 g, 85°C, 90–110 seconds for the first infusion, 120–140 seconds for the second infusion, 2–3 minutes for the third infusion.
