Sheng from the Yiwu region, harvested in 2013, is a nicely ripened maochu.
The dry leaf immediately catches the eye with its intense, oatmealy, let's say peachy aroma with notes of noble woods and fresh forest in the background.
The palate is medium-bodied, very mild and the fresh bitterness is noticeable, but it is very pleasant and corresponds to a mature maocha from Yiwu.
The typical fruity sweetness will accompany you through many infusions.

Brewing: 100ml, 4-5g, 90-95C, first infusion 20-30s, then short infusions up to 15s and extend the time interval as needed towards the end. Lasts for multiple infusions.
