Nature Farming Yu Chi Red Jade T-18 Winter 2025 - 50g

Organically grown, legendary Taiwanese black tea harvested in the Sun Moon Lake area, which is the main region for black tea production in Taiwan. The tea was hand-picked at an altitude of around 700-800m from the Hong Yu - TRES.18 cultivar, harvested in October.

The winter harvest of this tea offers a more delicate range of flavors, hence the name winter tea.

The TRES.18 cultivar has a very distinctive aroma and taste that you will recognize at first sniff. A sweet aroma with a hint of fruit and eucalyptus.

A red infusion with a full flavor that combines fruity tones of stone fruit, eucalyptus, and cinnamon with a very intense aroma.

It is an absolute Taiwanese classic.

Brewing for 150 ml: 6 g of tea, water at 98°C, first infusion 40-50 seconds, subsequent infusions up to 30 seconds, according to personal taste preferences. Can be infused multiple times.
